Fried eggs with tomatoes and onions

Onions finely cut and fry in a well-heated pan with olive oil. Put the chopped tomatoes, simmer for about five minutes. Make among vegetables the three "hole" for the eggs. Carefully break the eggs and pour them into the frying pan so that the egg yolks were in the "holes". Sprinkle with chopped greens.
