Ingredients:

2 small cucumbers,
100 g salted salmon
100 g of creamcheese Philadelphia
2 leaves of lettuce iceberg

1. Cucumber
chop along into thin slices.

2. Zucchini peel and chop along. Fry in a well-heated pan with olive oil somewhere about a minute on each side.
3. Dill, lettuce leaves chop, mix with the creamcheese.

5. Take the cucumber slice, put a piece of fish on it, than put a little creamcheese and make a roll. Put on the slice of zucchini and roll gently.
