7 ounce cranberry
juice (from 18 ounce cranberries)
9 ounce
sugar
Mix the juice with sugar and 12 hours later get jelly. No cooking!
When I was
a child, I used to make this jelly with my grandmother. She gave me a
tablespoon and a sieve with berries. I crushed the berries and made juice – it
was so easy. It needed only 5 minutes to make a cup of fresh juice. Than my
grandmother hurled sugar in a bowl with the juice and I mixed it at about 2-3
minutes, until the sugar was completely dissolved. That`s all. After 12 hours of syrup
was turned to jelly.)
This summer
I`ve traid to make it again.:)
