Rice with vegetebles


1/2 Cup rice,
1 yellow bell pepper,
1/2 bulbs
1/2 avocado
1/2 tomato
sesame

Bell pepper chop along into thin slices, chop onions into half-rings. Fry quickly in a frying pan wok. Fresh tomato and avocado cut in thin strips. Lay out all of the boiled rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
